Squats: 230 5×5

Bench Press: 170 5×5

Inverted Rows: 10/10/10

Pushups: 36/26/21

Reverse Crunches: 3 x 12

Cardio: Arc Trainer + Treadmill for 15 minutes and calculated calories burned: 150
