Workout (4.7.10)

I was in a rush yesterday and made it through Workout B in about 25 minutes. To save time, I also squatted 25 more lbs than I should’ve – since I was pressing 105 (bar + 25 + 5) and deadlifting 195 (add 45s to press), I decided to put a 25 on the inside and a 45. All in all, it was a good workout and I’m patting myself on the back b/c normally, I would’ve shrugged off the gym since 25 minutes of exercise seems wasteful when you have to drive there, drive back and shower. Go, Pop, Go!

Squats: 185 5×5

Overhead Press: 105 5×5

Deadlift: 195 3×5

Chinups: 3/3/3

Planks: 3 x 1min
