Hi Little Tadpole
Mommy says that’s what you feel like when you’re moving around; that or a little fish. Daddy’s supposed to be writing stuff like this down but my handwriting is terrible.
So your older sister is hilarious. The other day, mommy spilled water on the ground and your sister dabs her hand in it and makes the sign of the cross (grandma takes her to catholic church during the week). She also prays for daddy’s ankle, saying, “God, please make daddy’s foot not hurt. Amen” in Korean. She also likes to say hi to you and “kiss” you; it’s really cute.
Recently, a friend of your sister’s, who she met while the baby was in utero, passed away. She was born prematurely and endured quite a bit before she passed. Your sister prayed for her every night, asking God to make her body strong. The other night, she prayed for her friend again, but this time, mommy had to tell her that her friend went to be with Jesus. It was a surreal–and sad–moment for mommy and daddy.
You’re almost halfway there. See you soon, kiddo.
